The Cane’s at Lakeway stands at a 8.5/10

I myself have visited the Cane’s at Lakeway many times, and almost every time I visit I end up leaving feeling more then full. I recently stopped by and picked myself up a box combo. Coming with 4 pieces of premium chicken, which are marinated 24 hours, hand battered and cooked to order. It also includes a slice of Texas style toast, Crinkle cut fries, a drink, and a slide of coleslaw. I myself always substitute the side of coleslaw for another piece of their fine Texas toast. The reason being that the toast is toasted to perfection and has a light glaze of butter that leaves you with nothing other than the desire to want another slice. As good as the toast sounds it’s not what we come here for, the chicken is the reason why it leaves everyone wanting to come back after every satisfying meal. Of all the times I have visited the Cane’s location in Lakeway I have never gotten chicken that wasn’t exceptional. All thought I have yet to name a con to this location the reason it stands at a 8.5 is because of the limited about of items on the menu. Other than the small amount of side’s you are given they offer nothing other than crispy fried chicken .
